Camp Brainerd is provided by the Lehigh Presbytery, a ministry of Jesus Christ through the Presbyterian Church (USA), which is dedicated to strengthening and supporting the congregations that by the grace of God acting through the Holy Spirit act as Jesus’ hands, feet, and heart in the world.
The Presbytery is composed of thirty-seven worshipping communities in eight counties of eastern Pennsylvania: Luzerne, Pike, Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill, Northampton, Lehigh, and Berks. It includes two Arabic fellowships, the Korean Church of the Lehigh Valley, and a new church development, The Barn. It is one of seventeen regional bodies that make up the Synod of the Trinity. The Lehigh Presbytery office is located in the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.
